what's next after A level results? - application for Uni...
I would say it's always my habit to chiong for everything, and leave it hanging in mid-air..started looking for jobs and sending resumes way before we started on A levels last year, then filled in partially for scholarship application when we just finished A levels, and applied for SMU before getting results, and now asking for referee letters before deciding on the courses i want to take...LOL and everything started early and done halfway, which will be done only days before the dateline when people started rushing and i had no choice to delay anymore. haha seriously i am a typical (and not a good one) example of the rash species (san fen zhon re du)..and guess what now? i'm getting bored of filling in forms already..LOL
anyway gotten my mum's approval, meaning that i'll be tendering tmr or sometime real soon..the prospect of leaving starhub is a bit sad, but with most of the staff planning to leave as well, i guess one day i'll regret that i choose to stay so ya..with zy gone now i shall be gone soon too..
tmr i will be training new staff (temp ones) who will be working at recept with me in the future (or for whatever period of time that i'll stay)...
good news is that i received a compliment!! :D after that incident on polar puff (refer to my previous posts) the managers just received a email forwarded from the higher department in praise of me!! :)) haha although i seriously have no recollection of who-so-ever that i "went that extra mile to help", i'm really grateful for the appreciation..especially after all the shitty stuff that we had from all sorts of weird cust, really really thanks alot to the nameless :))
talking abt shitty stuff..today rahsidah (my colleague/friend) was doing info with me and basically i guess her life was shitty too (if not for the presence of me :P)..is there anyone more unreasonable as in cut queue and butt in and still complain that she doesn't listen to him? as in, she was serving this cust and was explaining stuff to her, then there was this guy who just stand there beside the woman and started talking to rahsidah, who apparently dao-ed him (he wasn't even in the queue and it's so apparently wrong to just attend to him with people queue-ing behind or even acknowledge him..for one, i won't) and when rahsidah finished with her cust he was complaining abt her to her, so she offered to let him ask me..which offer was turned down and the cust actually went the "extra mile" to ask to speak to the manager..like #@%#$^ and when the manager explain to him he still thinks he is right and when the manager offer to help him through his query at the info counter he actually has the gut to say that "he doesn't want to see her (rahsidah's) face"..like oh my god how rude and nonsensical and rubbishy and retarded can one get?? i'll just laugh at his face seriously..what a moron.
there are numerous examples just from today and yesterday to display the ugly side of human, the "i-am-everything-and-u-are-nothing" and "i-think-you-are-stupid-i-would-rather-speak-to-someone-else(when-in-fact-i'm-retard)" or the "i-am-not-wrong-i'll-never-admit-that-i-am-wrong-even-if-i-am-wrong" things..venting ur anger on us doesn't help, we're trying our best to help u and if you want "bad-er" service, just tell us :) we don't mind talking retards to retards.........okay i think i am getting seriously mean..haha seriously can't blame me..just imagine i was so excited yesterday when i could actually call in to customer care for mda to be a "dispute customer"?? i think i'm going crazy..
