LOL, seriously, what a day!
haha morning was dispute after dispute after dispute, attending around 3 customers for nearly 1 1/2 hours and god knows i only works at recept..anyway zy was asking me later why i did not give queue number for them and i was like..erm..it didn't occur to me >.< haha
then there came a customer who lost her phone and asked to borrow my phone to sms her friend, and of course being me :P i lent it to her..she said thank you and after she left i did not think much about it cuz a simple thank you is already hard to come by these days..ANYWAY she came back a few moments later and handed a box of polarpuff eclair to me!! oh man i was like, shocked and just said thank you in an exaggerated tone..haha seriously, as what zy said, what an expensive sms for her! :P
erm the managers are all gone except for arial and chris, the latter being promoted from senior to duty manager..4 more female managers will be at ps in exchange of the 3 that was sent to other branches (althea, bb, alvin)..and the overall manager for ps and (oub?) came today and just so freaking irritating that all of us (maybe just the temp) cannot stand him..LOL lucky that he won't be here all the time because wherever he goes, things get screwed up..according to zy just changing a remote that takes less than 1 min, he took more than 10 mins, and when people return equipment, he basically record the details of the subscriber (and wrongly some more, for 1 out of the 2 that he recorded) without recording what the cust returned..lucky that he ONLY recorded 2 things >.<
on a slightly heavier mood, as all of us know by now..the results will be out on fri at 230pm!! good luck to all and as commented by the guy at the centre that got his results (AAC) 2 years ago, whatever we get is already set so dun have to worry (then again, as if we won't :S ) haha that'd be all..
