yo! today mid shift so i shall grap this chance to blog here..haha
went back to work yesterday after 2 days of rest, and i think lucky i had those two day off because ydae was just simply chaotic. morning before we open the shop we realise the queue system is not working, and we tried to fix it to no avail before 1030, and in the end we opened the shop late. what's more is that somehow yesterday morning there was one whole big crowd of people waiting for the shop to open. when i say crowd, i mean it literally in the sense that all the people out there refuse to line up and instead spread evenly across the whole span of the shutter. LOL and we had to issue manual queue no which is very hard to collaborate when 2 people are at the recept so yah..etc etc etc..when we finally cleared the morning crowd i was complaining to jerlyn (my colleague) that i want to go home :P haha but i didn't lah..and lucky for them that i didn't cuz in the end for the whole day i'm the only one at info. as in, at least when zy and i are both at the counter we'll both stay there, but yesterday only me stayed at the info and all the other that came to help me is literally just coming over to help me for a short period of time..haha i think cuz yesterday was tues and we really didn't expect the crowd..the digi upgrade reach 100+ at 2+ loh..this is just totally abnormal..and arial (my manager) in the end had to ask me to do full shift for yesterday so that they would have everyone at the counters..haha i was so alone that for a period of time i wanted to go toilet but no one to replace me and there was this line of queue in front of me that refuse to clear and i only can think in my mind "can someone pleaseee come and save me i need to go toilet.."..ya but in the end got people come lah so..good :D seriously the queue never seem to end..bleah..yesterday was the only that i really feel very thirsty and i can't even leave the counter and grap a drink..bleah..or maybe it's just cuz one person at the info so the queue seem neverending to me? cuz by the time i finish with one cust another 2 come to join the queue..hahaha and funny thing is, i think i am notorious for doing info at 9..hahaha cuz at 9 we close shop so i am not supposed to issue anymore queue no, but usually if i stay at the info and people come rushing in the shop giving reasonable excuses, i would issue queue no in the end..so guess what happen yesterday? at 9 sharp ina (my colleague) ask arial to ask me to go to cashier to stay there and scan stuff for her cuz she knows if i stay at the info the queue will never end :P so ya i helped at cashier till 930 when it is confirm no one will come in to ask for more queue no then i went back to info..but i got reject people yesterday eh..now still feeling very guilty (cuz i dunno the info i give her correct or not)
lastly shall thanks all the people who helped me at info yesterday cuz if not i sure died and probably the queue would have reach mrt (just kidding :P) :alvin jerlyn nina ray arial chris..haha found it very amusing at a point of time that both managers came over to help me at the info..haha ok shall stop crapping..today zy working so :D dunno eh...tot 1 person can handle then in the end like this..was feeling very tired but now come to think about it i can only laugh at the experience and smile at my accomplishment.. :D accomplishment indeed and i think this is just this one time..so probably very valuable experience as well?
