today is one day after christmas.
today is boxing day.
today is shushan birthday.
today is the day that marks one month into my employment.
nothing much has changed since i stepped into starhub i guess, other than the fact that i don't really give a damn about people's insults much anymore. personal ones maybe, but those aiming at starhub i'm treating them like bullshit. oops vulgarity. anyway yah basically whenever someone tries to complain about the queue system or what's not i'd interrupt with statements that has no connection to the complaint at all. haha. escapist? i am. oh and i'm starting to put on make up, which can't really exactly be termed bad, cause it is really light makeups. and today came two new staff that have just graduated from jc as well, and two more came in for interview today. i feel my place threatened. haha. as in, i know i lack experiences in counter and that i am not really trusted to do on my own for info yet. but in terms of experience i'm here first, and i'm getting the scare that the new staff will overtake me in professionalism (is that a word?). i lost the passion in learning new stuff already..boo. oh and i think i give in to customers' demand too easily, and i give a lot of "leeway" for the customer, basically bending the rules..RAH! shall change that for the second month of work.
2 more days to guanyue chalet..shall i be looking forward to it?
5 more days to next year..leap year?
5 more days to making new resolutions, and on the list i shall include becoming a better person :)
