spent yesterday's afternoon at the backroom LOL. there was this customer who came to complaint and demanded to see the manager so i went to the back while my senior and the manager talked to the customer, and that lasted for about 1 hour ++..then after which another customer came and complaint AGAIN, and i stayed at the back..LOL but after that it was ok because there was this loving couple who came over to change their phone..haha can you imagine a married couple ( i would say for a few years already) video call each other everyday? and when the wife said that her husband said she looked ugly in the video call he replied that it's because the phone cannot bring her beauty out..haha both of them seriously very sweet lah..and the way my senior communicated with them is soo nice too..LOL and makes me wanna buy nokia 6500 also..LOL! i supposed i got my fair share of boredom and joy..oh and add the fact that i went to lunch with zhuangyuan brightened my day too :)
